I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Relational Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and other effective therapeutic techniques. My sessions may include Walk in the Park Therapy if desired and appropriate.

In this fast-paced world, we encounter many stresses. These stresses and emotional upheavals can originate from within, or they can originate from issues at work, relationships with family and friends, or life's transitions such as birth of a child or grandchild, death of a loved one, divorce, issues with aging, loss of a job, a career change, retirement, or moving to a new location. There are times we may feel anxious, depressed, restless,or unmotivated without being able to determine the reason why.
We will share laughter and there may be some tears, as I help you navigate through many emotions to a place of healing, growth, and understanding. I will provide warmth, compassion, and encouragement as I work in collaboration with you to create manageable and practical solutions.
